Please note that gift cards are non-refundable and non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
What is your return policy for online purchases?
If by chance you need to return your items, we will gladly accept any unworn and unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of you receiving the items.
Please note: we cannot refund the shipping charges.
At this time, we do not accept returns on body jewelry, or underwear (including bras and corsets).
How do I send back the item(s) I want to return?
You must first request an RMA# from customer support.
Please include your item(s) in your package along with your invoice.
Ship your item(s) back to: Please contact Customer Service for an RMA number.
All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Please request a tracking number for your returned package.
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return shipment.
When should I expect my refund?
Refunds usually are applied within 5-7 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding Holidays) from the date the returned product arrives. (Please save your tracking information.)
Can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, FOH Clothing does not have the ability to process an exchange—you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. All appropriate return policies apply to all returned items.
I just received my item, and it’s damaged! What do I do?
If your item arrives defective or damaged in transit, please contact us so we can resolve the problem. Please have pictures ready to send us of the damaged items and damaged areas. Please be advised, all returns must be made within 7 days of receipt.
I received the wrong item… what can I do about getting this fixed?
If you receive the incorrect item…we want to know about this so we can fix it! Please contact us. If you choose to email us, please provide us with a picture of what you received so we can get the issue corrected.
